Privacy for their own story.
Understand personal sign-in, separate employer eligibility, sponsored access and direct-family invitations without sharing private cases with HR.
Public explanation · Your own private workflows require registration and active access.

Know what to do next.
A company can help pay for a benefit without becoming the place where an employee’s medical-bill details live. GoldRock separates the account used to sign in, the evidence used to establish access and the private workspace used to work through a bill.
What to have ready.
Your own account
Use the sign-in options available for the deployment. A personal account remains distinct from an employer’s eligibility record.
Your work-email or invitation context
Where required, verify the separate work address or use the issued invitation. A matching email domain alone does not grant access.
The actual sponsorship state
The organization’s eligibility rules, active funding and available capacity matter. An account or organization draft is not an active benefit.
The family relationship and invitation
For eligible family access, use the direct-family relationship and the organizer’s actual invitation. Membership and capacity are checked separately.
Work through it, step by step.
Each stage has a different job. Your review and the source remain part of the process.
- 01
Sign in as yourself
Create or use a personal account. Signing in establishes identity; it does not by itself activate every private tool or every organization role.
What you leave withAn account whose available access can be reviewed explicitly.
- 02
Connect the relevant benefit
Review employee eligibility or the invitation through the access workspace. Complete the actual verification steps when requested.
What you leave withA clear distinction between pending verification, inactive sponsorship and active access.
- 03
Manage family participation deliberately
Where the benefit supports it, the organizer can prepare a family group and invite direct family. Each participant uses their own account and accepts the applicable invitation.
What you leave withSeparate membership records, with pending and active invitations kept distinct.
- 04
Enter your own private workspace
Choose the available local saving mode and start the relevant case or tool. Employer administration manages sponsorship and access metadata, not the bill narrative.
What you leave withA personal place for the documents, questions, drafts and follow-up you choose to keep.
More than a general answer.
An access status you can inspect
See the actual account, employee-benefit and family context rather than assuming “signed in” means every tool is unlocked.
Invitation and membership context
Distinguish pending, expired, revoked and accepted invitations where those states apply. An email request is not proof of inbox delivery.
A separate employer workspace
Authorized organization administrators manage setup, eligibility and sponsorship through their own role-checked controls.
Private case ownership
Your bill analysis, evidence notes and conversation content do not become an HR case dashboard through benefit sponsorship.
Keep the capability clear.
Authorization
Eligibility, role and tool access are enforced by the server. Public pages and fictional samples do not override those checks.
Identity and eligibility
A work-email verification step can be separate from personal sign-in. Neither a chosen organization name nor an email classification is proof of authorization.
Family boundaries
An invitation, membership change or organizer role does not grant access to another person’s private medical-bill workspace.
Clear expectations.
Can an employer read the bill or conversation?
Employer administration is for benefit access, invitations and sponsorship. Employees’ private case records and questions are outside that administration view.
Does creating a group or organization activate the benefit?
No. The required identity, eligibility, capacity, sponsorship and role checks still apply. The interface keeps draft or pending setup distinct from active access.
Can anyone join through a public sample?
No. The public sample is a closed fictional exercise. It does not grant a real membership, verify employment or accept a family invitation.
